Is my data safe?

Yes. We deploy assistants in environments where your conversations and documents are not used to train any public model. Access is scoped to your business, encrypted in transit and at rest, and behind your existing identity provider (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) wherever possible. We can also walk through specifics for any compliance frameworks you operate under.

Will it hallucinate?

Sometimes. Any AI assistant can produce a wrong answer. The difference with a Managed AI deployment is that we configure the assistant to ground answers in your documents, refuse questions outside its scope, and route uncertain answers to a human. We also sample real conversations daily and tune the assistant when something looks off. That is the whole reason this is a service, not a software license.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Our daily spot-check routine catches the obvious cases. Beyond that, every answer the assistant gives includes a way for staff to flag it. Flagged conversations come straight to us. We adjust the knowledge base, the prompts, or the guardrails (whichever is causing the issue) and the fix is live for the whole team the next day.

How is this different from just buying a ChatGPT subscription?

ChatGPT does not know your business. It does not know your refund policy, your vendor terms, your team, or your tools. It cannot route a question to the right person on your staff. It is not audited by anyone for accuracy on your specific use case. A Managed AI assistant is built around your business and maintained by people who answer the phone.

Why are you charging me $349 a month when AI API costs are pennies?

Because the API call is the cheapest part. The work is loading and maintaining your knowledge base, configuring the persona to sound like your business, building the guardrails so it does not say something it should not, integrating it with your existing tools, sampling real conversations every day to make sure it is still useful, and fixing it the moment it is not. That is what you are paying for. The model usage is a line item we already cover.

Do I need to already use BrewTechIT for managed IT?

No. Managed AI is a standalone offering. That said, if we already manage your IT, the integrations and onboarding go faster because we already know your environment. There is no upcharge either way.

How long until my team is actually using it?

About four weeks from kickoff to full launch. Your team starts seeing it during the pilot week and the assistant gets sharper from there. This is not a six-month implementation project.
